Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your GlowCup. If it isn't for you, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it.

What can be returned

• Items that are unused and in their original packaging, or
• Items that arrive with a fault or damage.

How to start a return

1. Contact us through our Contact page within 30 days of delivery, with your order number.
2. We will reply within 24–48 business hours with return instructions.
3. Send the item back using a tracked service. Return postage is paid by the customer, except where the item arrived faulty or damaged.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the returned item, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping, which is free, is not charged.

Faulty or damaged items

If your GlowCup arrives faulty or damaged, tell us as soon as you can and include photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
