GlowCup combines warming heat with adjustable suction-cup massage. Hold the power button for 3 seconds, set your heat and your suction separately (6 levels each, starting at level 1), place the cup on clean, dry skin and glide it slowly, about 5 minutes per area. Keep it moving; never hold it still in one spot.
GlowCup is designed for external use on the body only. Do not use over broken, irritated or sunburnt skin, on the face or the front of the neck, or while sleeping. Suction can leave temporary circular marks. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or use a pacemaker or other medical device, ask your doctor before use.
